Project Manager-Interior Design

Indigo Interiors is looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, and client handling within the interior design or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute interior design projects while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate between clients, design teams, site engineers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits, supervise on-site activities, and ensure quality control.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or issues.
  • Manage budgets, procurement of materials, and vendor negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure client satisfaction at all stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
  • Knowledge of local vendors, contractors, and building compliance norms in Bangalore.
