Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate interior design projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation. The Interior Project Manager will collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Project Planning:
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients and design teams to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.
  • Conduct site evaluations and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning.
Budgeting and Cost Management:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior projects.
  • Monitor project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Negotiate and secure competitive quotes from suppliers and contractors.
Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide clear instructions to team members, consultants, and contractors, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among project team members.
Quality Control:
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that the project meets the highest standards of design and construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues that may affect project quality.
  • Address and resolve any quality-related concerns promptly.
Client Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
Timeline Management:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
  • Identify potential delays or obstacles and develop contingency plans to keep the project on track.
Risk Management:
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
  • Proactively address challenges and obstacles that may arise during the project.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and correspondence.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders, summarizing project status, achievements, and upcoming milestones.

Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction processes, and materials.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
