Role Description
This is a full-time on-site/WFH role for an Inside Sales Manager (IC role). You will be responsible for owning the entire inside sales cycle – from prospecting and lead qualification to pitching, negotiating, and closing sales. The role requires someone who can independently manage their sales pipeline, hit revenue targets, and build strong client relationships. You will work closely with the marketing, delivery, and operations teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, track pipeline progress, and report on key metrics.
- Build long-term customer relationships by providing consultative sales support.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or similar roles.
- Strong track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and match them with relevant solutions.
- Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or technology-driven services is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
