Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/WFH role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and goals. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales. The role also involves analyzing sales metrics, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Inside Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads
  • Proven track record in closing sales and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales metrics and trends
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Relevant experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
