Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes (North Indian/South Indian/Regional specialties).
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., tandoor, curry, or snacks) and assist in other sections as required.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Supervise commis chefs and kitchen helpers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or issues to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items.
  • Adhere strictly to recipes, portion sizes, and food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes or improve existing ones.
  • Help with inventory and receiving supplies when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
