Allianze Infosoft is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with proven experience in
service-oriented sales
within the
BPO and outsourcing industry
, focusing on
international markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and promoting customized outsourcing solutions across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international BPO markets(
US, UK, Canada, Australia and other global countries)
. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Present Allianze Infosoft's BPO service portfolio, including customer support, back-office operations, data entry, digital solutions, and process management services.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business presentations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance, and delivery) to ensure smooth project transition and service quality.
- Track, analyse, and report sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the organization at global events, trade shows, and online networking forums.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience
in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the
BPO / ITES industry
(preferably with international exposure). - Strong understanding of
BPO operations, pricing models, and client engagement processes. - Proven success in acquiring and managing
international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia and other global countries
). - Exceptional
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
. - Ability to craft and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and online lead generation tools.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
