Role Objective

Drive
B2B sales and partnerships
for Epik, scaling our presence in corporate gifting, employee welcome kits, home automation for new homes, and strategic brand tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Gifting & Employee Kits
  • Identify and crack large corporate accounts for bulk gifting.
  • Curate customized welcome kits for employees.
  • Home Automation Sales
  • Build relationships with builders, realtors, and housing societies.
  • Sell Epik's smart living and home automation solutions to new homeowners.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Run
    LinkedIn automation & DM campaigns
    to engage decision-makers.
  • Build relationships through
    communities, forums, and events
    .
  • Brand Partnerships
  • Pitch collaborations with premium and relevant brands.
  • Manage negotiations and onboard partners for joint activations.
  • Sales Process Management
  • Maintain a healthy B2B sales pipeline.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and closures.
  • Report weekly on outreach, conversions, and revenue pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales / partnerships.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
  • Experience in
    corporate gifting / HR sales / real estate sales
    preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-driven environment.
