Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Implementation Consultant (CRM Tools) located in Hyderabad. The Senior Implementation Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation of CRM tools (for South Korea and Middle East based clients), consulting with clients to understand their specific needs, and providing analytical support. Day-to-day tasks include project management, software deployment, and ensuring smooth integration of CRM solutions. Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success is also a key aspect of the role.

Note: Role can be based either in Seoul or Dubai office (client-site). Candidate should be willing to relocate for minimum 6 months. Starting Oct'25.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
  • Experience in Consulting to understand and address client needs
  • Proficiency in Software Implementation and Project Implementation (CRM tools)
  • Excellent Communication skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with CRM tools and platforms is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
