  5. Work within the Sales and Lead Management domain, ensuring solutions align with business goals.">
  6. Deliver high-quality solutions and provide ongoing support and enhancements as needed.">
  7. Develop documentation and training materials for end-users and conduct user training sessions.">
  8. Ensure system integrity and data consistency across CRM processes.">
  9. Stay updated on new features and updates from Microsoft Dynamics 365.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
