Job Title: CRM Specialist

Location: Pune

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Job Description:

MS Dynamic CRM are mandatory. Our team is seeking an experienced professional to work on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with development team to provide better understanding of the business users need and help resolve any queries related to the requirements.
  • Document the business requirements review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same.
  • Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015.
  • Strong knowledge of MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules.
  • SSRS reporting services experience.
