Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Specialist (Microsoft 365) located in Hyderabad. The CRM Specialist will manage and optimize our CRM systems, ensure the integrity of customer data, and support sales and marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, coordinating with various departments to streamline CRM processes, managing CRM projects, and providing ongoing support and training to users.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft D365 Project Operations – L1 & L2 support

Incident Management, Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

Testing & Deployment to Production

System Configuration & Maintenance

Collaboration with cross-functional teams & stakeholders

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of Microsoft Project Operations CRM modules

Good communication & coordination skills
