Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, client-facing experience, and the ability to guide clients through digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 Business Central for clients across industries.
  • Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into system configurations and customizations.
  • Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and training for key users.
  • Customize and configure D365 BC using AL, extensions, and development best practices (if technical skills are included).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, supply chain, and IT.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure project milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Stay up to date with the latest D365 BC releases and capabilities.
