Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key role as a CRM Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing CRM solutions that meet business needs.

This position requires a deep understanding of D365 CRM, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and architecture of CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Maintain solution architecture documentation, including technical specifications and design documents.
  • Ensure the technical integrity and quality of CRM solutions by adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful CRM projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing CRM solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, plugins, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
