  • At least 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including Customer Service and Power Platform, with a proven track record of designing and deploying successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative outcomes.
