We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the architecture and functional design of Dynamics 365 CRM Service solutions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on architecture and functional design, ensuring scalable, user-centric CRM solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Power Pages portals for customer and partner engagement. You will work closely with stakeholders to define CRM strategy and roadmap, and provide governance, best practices, and mentorship to delivery teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have deep expertise in Customer Service and Power Pages. A strong understanding of Dataverse, Azure integrations, and solution architecture is also essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Power Pages portals for customer and partner engagement.
  • Lead the architecture and functional design of Dynamics 365 CRM Service solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide governance, best practices, and mentorship to delivery teams.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including Customer Service and Power Platform.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying Power Pages portals.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Azure integrations, and solution architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
