Job Title: Oracle CRM Functional Consultant

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CRM expert to implement and support our Oracle CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Oracle CRM R12, including Service Contracts, Teleservices, Field Services, Mobile Field Services, Deport Repair and Incentive Compensation.
  • Provide expert-level consulting services on Oracle CRM Foundation, Service Contracts, Teleservices, Field Services, Mobile Field Services, Deport Repair and Incentive Compensation.
  • Lead the implementation and upgrade of Oracle CRM from 11i to R12.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle CRM technologies and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CRM and ERP.
  • Proven track record of implementing and supporting Oracle CRM R12.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Marketing, Sales and Order Management modules is desirable.
  • Experience with Fusion Cloud is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upgrade experience from 11i to R12.
  • Experience working on R12 CRM Support engagements.
