Internship - Business Development Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Researching markets, competitors, and industry standards to find new business opportunities.
  • ⁠Prospecting for new customers by phone, email, or in person.
  • Promoting the company's products or services through marketing, word-of-mouth, and online.
  • Developing client proposals and contracts.
  • Managing the sales process and following up on sales.
  • Attending client meetings and learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze markets, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for prospecting and client engagement.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts, including lead generation and customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail for preparing proposals and managing follow-ups.
