Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the training center, manage staff, maintain high standards of student engagement, and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to drive admissions, ensuring smooth delivery of training programs, managing budgets and resources, and fostering a professional and motivating work environment. The Branch Manager will act as the face of the institute, building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and students to uphold and extend the brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to supervise teams, make strategic decisions, and drive business objectives effectively.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, proficiency in relationship building with students, staff, and clients.
  • Operations and Organizational Skills: Expertise in resource allocation, event coordination, budgeting, and handling daily operational tasks.
  • Marketing and Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with admission processes, branding efforts, and driving growth through marketing strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in aviation, hospitality, education, or training sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Aviation Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools for administrative purposes and reporting.
