We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead our Baner branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing branch operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Generation:

    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize branch revenue.
  2. Sales Team Handling:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Branch Operations:

    Oversee all day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  4. Admin and Expense Management:

    Handle administrative responsibilities and monitor branch expenses to maintain budgetary control.
  5. Customer Care & Service:

    Ensure superior customer service standards, promptly resolving customer issues and concerns.
  6. Customer Experience:

    Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a sales manager or branch leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and effectively managing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
