We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven
National Sales Head (NSH)
to take full ownership of the Sales and Distribution function for our client's Industrial and SME financing business. This senior leadership role is based in
Pune
and requires a strategic expert with deep, mandatory experience in
Loan Against Property (LAP)
.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Strategy & Execution:
    Craft and execute comprehensive national sales strategies across diverse regions to ensure market penetration and dominance in Industrial LAP and SME Financing.
  • P&L Ownership:
    Drive end-to-end
    P&L accountability
    for the national sales vertical, ensuring sustainable and profitable portfolio growth.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate zonal/regional sales teams to consistently meet and exceed ambitious business targets.
  • Market Expansion:
    Identify and develop untapped markets, forge new distribution partnerships, and optimize existing channel efficiencies.
  • Culture Building:
    Establish and nurture a high-performance, compliant, and customer-centric sales culture across the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive Industry Experience:
    A minimum of
    15 years
    in Sales and Distribution within the Banking or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector.
  • Senior Leadership Track Record:
    At least
    7 years
    in a senior leadership capacity (National, Zonal, or Regional Head) overseeing large teams and regions.
  • Mandatory LAP Expertise:
    Deep, hands-on experience in
    Loan Against Property (LAP)
    is
    MANDATORY
    . Experience with SME or Industrial Financing is highly valued.
  • Business Acumen:
    Proven expertise in driving
    P&L ownership
    ,
    strategic planning
    , and managing large-scale sales teams.
  • Education:
    Graduate degree required; a
    Postgraduate qualification
    (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
