Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager, located in Pune. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving branch targets, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Team Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
- Relevant experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
