Role & responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Drive branch sales performance to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the branch's market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow market share.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the branch sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and motivational sessions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Operations & Administration:
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage budgets, sales reports, and forecasting.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Recommend improvements to marketing and sales strategies.
