  • Develop and maintain the production plan based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure availability of raw materials, components, and consumables.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Analyze material requirements using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) or ERP systems.
  • Prepare reports on production performance, material usage, and inventory status.
  • Work closely with the quality team to ensure production meets required standards.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Support cost-reduction initiatives through effective resource planning and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery of finished goods to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month
