Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations for SS pipes and tubes.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between mill, fabrication, QC, and dispatch teams.
  • Optimize production efficiency, manpower utilization, and process flow.
  • Monitor quality parameters and ensure compliance with ASTM standards.
  • Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
  • Maintain records, job cards, and production reports accurately.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and purchase teams for uninterrupted operations.
  • Train and guide junior engineers and supervisors to maintain productivity and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a steel / tube / fabrication industry.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and manpower handling.
  • Knowledge of ISO documentation and quality systems will be an advantage.
  • Leadership qualities, problem-solving ability, and a result-oriented mindset.
