Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably with a quality background, to oversee and manage production activities at our wire drawing factory. This role involves monitoring production efficiency, ensuring quality compliance, coordinating with teams, and supporting smooth operations on the shop floor.
- Oversee and manage daily production activities and workflow in the wire drawing process.
- Coordinate with machine operators and shift supervisors to ensure target outputs and efficiency.
- Monitor quality parameters during production and ensure adherence to product specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in production planning and provide inputs for continuous process improvement.
- Identify and escalate process deviations, quality issues, or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal SOPs.
- Support inventory tracking of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Provide on-the-floor training and support to junior staff or trainees when required.
Salary:INR 3,60,000 - 4,20,000 P.A. Best in Industry
