Key Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to meet client expectations.
- Develop account growth strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
- Track and analyze key account performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews and reports for clients and senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key accounts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain long-term partnerships.
