Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, prospecting potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in assigned industries. Responsibilities also include preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the chemical materials sector or related industries such as Coatings, Food Processing, or Petroleum is a significant advantage
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in sales or account management, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector
