Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Lead to manage and guide a team of telesales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day telesales operations, driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs (e.g., call volume, conversion rate, lead quality).
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and share insights with management.
  • Ensure team members follow scripts, compliance standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales support teams to ensure lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed targets consistently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, with at least 4-5 years in a team lead position.
  • Strong knowledge of telesales techniques and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
