Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic Ed-Tech company. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business through lead generation, cold calling, and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold call potential clients and introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads and assess client needs
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions
- Follow up on leads and client inquiries
- Provide after-sales support to clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
