About the Role

We're seeking driven and well-connected Global Business Development Partners to expand our client base in international markets. If you have experience in B2B sales, a strong network, and the ability to pitch creative solutions to global businesses, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and approach potential international clients in FMCG, lifestyle, startup, and corporate sectors
  • Present our services (branding, packaging, digital, campaigns) with confidence
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads into signed projects
  • Collaborate with our creative team to align proposals with client needs
  • Build long-term relationships with clients across global markets

Compensation

  • Fully commission-based role (no fixed salary)
  • Earn 10% commission on every project you close
  • Payments are made promptly after the client's payment is received
  • Unlimited earning potential based on your performance

You're a Fit If

  • You have excellent communication & persuasion skills in English
  • You have experience in international sales or client acquisition
  • You're self-driven, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial
  • You're confident in pitching creative/branding services to global businesses
