**About EduTechEx**

**Responsibilities for learning partner**
- Assess, develop, and plan organizational effectiveness strategies and programs to identify requirements for different stakeholder groups, aimed at ensuring business and organizational results are helping the organization.
- Collaborate with clients to develop a comprehensive plan and implementation approach
- Collect, review and analyze large quantities of qualitative and quantitative data to support strategies
- Identify learning and leadership risks and impacts and communicate them clearly and concisely
- Define the measurable results for evaluation and overall earning metrics
- Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of learning solutions to ensure value for money and impact of investment is understood
- Proactively identify new methods of delivery, usage of technology, to provide learning solutions and support alignment of learning and business priorities
- Acting as a consultant, establish an advisor role with clients and provide consistent, superior relationship management
- Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to program leads and design teams based on client feedback
- Recommend and maintain assessment processes to evaluate program outcomes and results, relating to program performance as Return on Investment

**Salary**: Based on the Business Referral revenue.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Volunteer

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 55 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
