**The role**:
Coordinating marketing efforts for Udhyam Shiksha’s North programmes, currently running in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttarakhand-
Working closely with operations teams to create content that showcases our on-ground successes-
Working closely with North operations teams and Udhyam central team to integrate Udhyam’s vision and voice in all collaterals and activities-
Travel for school, college, ITI etc. visits in different states (North) as needed
Working on impactful, meaningful programme reports (internal and external)-
Being customer and goal oriented when designing or working on interventions. Stakeholders may include students, teachers, funders, partners-
Tracking, monitoring, measuring, and reporting marketing activities**Required skills and experience**:
1-4 years of experience
- A content creator mindset
- The ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel
- Operational and creative problem-solving ability
- Being detail oriented and analytical
- Comfortable with travelling
