Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for residential plots.

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives and telecallers to deliver high performance.

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Organize client meetings, site visits, and promotional sales activities.

Conduct internal and external meetings with clients, teams, and management.

Prepare sales reports and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Arrange regular training sessions for telecallers and sales executives to enhance skills and productivity.

Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies.

Generate quality sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research to achieve business targets.

Effectively manage and coordinate the digital marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and maximize lead conversions.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets in real estate.

Strong leadership, team handling, and mentoring skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, public speaking, and presentation abilities.

Ability to design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business growth.

Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and MS Office.

Market awareness with strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct competitor and market analysis.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing, online lead generation, and campaign coordination.

Legal knowledge related to residential real estate sales and documentation.
