Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located across India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports and forecasts, conduct market research, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Team Leadership and Management skills, including motivating and managing the sales team
  • Client Relationship Management skills, including maintaining and nurturing client relationships
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning skills, including developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
