Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - B2B - Healthcare based in Chennai.

The Sales Manager shall be responsible for the following:

  1. To drive B2B sales viz., sales to corporates (enabling tie ups with corporate customers), or tie ups with insurance companies, and bring customers through doctor channel
  2. Daily responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth through effective planning and execution.
  3. Shall co-ordinate with the operations team to customize health check up plans and help serve the customers better.
  4. Shall report to the Managing Director on the progress at the end of each day

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Account Management, Sales, and Sales Management
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Business Development
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to design and implement sales strategies and meet targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or B2B domain is a plus
  • Self-motivated and capable of leading a team to achieve organizational goals
