Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - B2B - Healthcare based in Chennai.
The Sales Manager shall be responsible for the following:
- To drive B2B sales viz., sales to corporates (enabling tie ups with corporate customers), or tie ups with insurance companies, and bring customers through doctor channel
- Daily responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth through effective planning and execution.
- Shall co-ordinate with the operations team to customize health check up plans and help serve the customers better.
- Shall report to the Managing Director on the progress at the end of each day
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management, Sales, and Sales Management
- Experience in Sales Operations and Business Development
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to design and implement sales strategies and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry or B2B domain is a plus
- Self-motivated and capable of leading a team to achieve organizational goals
