Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Floor Supervisor, located in Ahmednagar. The Restaurant Floor Supervisor will oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth customer service and efficient team coordination. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, fostering a welcoming guest experience, training team members, and managing sales goals. This role also requires the supervisor to monitor floor activities, maintain cleanliness, and promptly address guest concerns or operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise service staff including servers, hosts,.

· Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance.

· Monitor service like waiters , housekeeping , personal hygene & clean uniform .

· Coordinate daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

· Monitor and maintain quality control in customer service, food presentation, and cleanliness.

· Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

· Train and onboard new staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

· Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and service.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead server role in a restaurant.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
