Moulding Supervisor Trainee

**Job Overview**:
Role require a dynamic individual capable of overseeing all aspects of production, quality, planning and technical execution to team leadership and budget management. Responsibilities About the job
- Process setting as per PPS and troubleshooting of defects
- Mould setting, loading, unloading and Process parameters are set for the machine.
- Organize and supervise daily activities and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor closely of the production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency
- Implement a reaction plan in the event of any abnormal or non-conforming issues and specify a course of action to be taken
- Coordinate and assign tasks to operators, material handlers and technicians
- Provide training to production team, and evaluate and maintain the training records
- Ensure work practices and work safety protocols are complied at all times
- Maintain good housekeeping within the workplace
- Provide suggestions on the machine parameter setting and operational instructions for further improvement
- Responsible for raw material planning and requisition.
- Responsible for ensuring the molding part quality as per customer requirements.
- Responsible for work allocation for all subordinates and supervision.
- Coordination and maintaining 5s activities in the respective zone area and machines.
- Responsible for OEE and rejection percentage as per quality objectives.
- Responsible for on-the-job training for the subordinates and contractual labor.
- Ensuring identification and traceability of parts on the shop floor
- Ensuring the right packaging and labeling of parts.
- Coordinating with the QA department for problem solving and taking corrective action.
- Possess working experience in plastic molding process assembly industry
- Willing to work on rotational shifts in accordance to production planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
