**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage finishing department operations
- Allocate labour as per daily production plan
- Ensure timely completion of finishing, packing, and dispatch requirements
- Maintain quality standards and reduce defects
- Monitor daily production reports and submit updates to management
- Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams
- Maintain discipline and safety compliance on the shop floor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as Finishing Supervisor (Manufacturing/Production)
- Ability to handle manpower of 20-30 workers
- Knowledge of finishing processes, packing, and quality standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ready to work in shifts (Day/Night)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
