Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day finishing operations. The candidate should be able to handle manpower, achieve daily finishing targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage finishing department operations
  • Allocate labour as per daily production plan
  • Ensure timely completion of finishing, packing, and dispatch requirements
  • Maintain quality standards and reduce defects
  • Monitor daily production reports and submit updates to management
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams
  • Maintain discipline and safety compliance on the shop floor

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Finishing Supervisor (Manufacturing/Production)
  • Ability to handle manpower of 20–30 workers
  • Knowledge of finishing processes, packing, and quality standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ready to work in shifts (Day/Night)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
