Plant Supervisor

Supervise cutting, welding, forming, and fabrication operations.
Allocate manpower and manage shift schedules.
Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, and inventory teams.
Report shift production, incidents, and equipment issues to the Production Manager.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Plastic Engineering
4-7 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication (plastic industry preferred)
Ability to lead teams, monitor production, and enforce discipline on the shop floor
Good knowledge of machines, tools, safety procedures, and quality norms
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills2:36 pm
