Role Overview

As an Business Devleopment Executive at Quantify Capital, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current learners and professionals seeking guidance on our trading and financial education programs. You will play a pivotal role in helping students identify the most suitable courses based on their academic background, professional goals, and experience in the stock market. Through personalized consultations, you will ensure that each learner is set on the right path to excel in quantitative trading and investing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospect Engagement


• Respond to inquiries (phone, email, social media) from prospective learners regarding course details, admission procedures, and program benefits.


• Conduct OTO (one-on-one) and OTM (one-to-many) counselling sessions to understand professionals' backgrounds, goals, and expectations.

  1. Program Guidance & Enrolment


• Provide detailed information on course curricula, program structures, fees, and benefits.


• Assist learners in selecting the most appropriate program based on their professional profiles.


• Guide prospective professionals through the enrolment process, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are completed.

  1. Academic Support & Progress Tracking


• Monitor and follow up with enrolled students to track their progress, address academic concerns, and provide necessary support.

  1. Data Management


• Maintain accurate records of learner interactions, enrolment status, and progress updates in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements


• Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream. Preferred would be Finance, Business Administration, B.Sc., B.Tech, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a bonus.


• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in high-ticket consultative selling. Experience in a finance or trading environment is highly desirable.


• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial markets, trading terminology, or willingness to learn quickly.


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear, simple manner.


• Customer Orientation: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to ensure a positive experience for prospective and current learners.


• Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office/Google Workspace, and webinar tools.
