Personal Assistant to Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and briefing materials as required.
  • Assist with project tracking, task management, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organize travel itineraries, logistics, accommodations, and expense reports.
  • Support personal tasks, errands, and any additional administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintain professional relationships and ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/calendar tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive work approach.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail.
