Director - Executive Assistant

**Calendar Management**:Manage the Director's schedule, proactively organizing appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate with participants, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place and conflicts are resolved.
**Meeting Coordination**: Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. Ensure all relevant materials are distributed to attendees in a timely manner. Follow up on action items and deadlines to facilitate progress.
**Project Support**:Assist the Director in various projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines.
**Problem-solving and Decision-making**:Help identify and resolve challenges or issues that arise, providing recommendations and escalating when necessary. Gather relevant information, conduct research, and present findings to support decision making processes.
**Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Act as a liaison between the Director and staff, clients, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
**Confidentiality and Discretion**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and maintain strict adherence to privacy policies. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and tools that can enhance productivity and efficiency. Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and support the Director.
**Requirements**:
Education: BE Mechanical is preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential
Proactive and Adaptable: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Problem-solving Skills: Ability to think critically, analyse information, and propose creative solutions to challenges.
Discretion and Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools. Experience with project management software is a plus.
Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive approach to work, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
