Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and other administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from job portals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding, joining formalities, and induction processes.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR communication activities.
- Handle documentation such as offer letters, attendance, and leaves.
- Support HR team in day-to-day operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (Pursuing or Completed) in HR, Management, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn HR functions.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
