Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The role requires excellent communication, organizational efficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information. The candidate should be capable of managing daily schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth workflow in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
  • Prepare letters, emails, reports, and official documents.

2. FMCG Operational Coordination

  • Assist in monitoring daily business operations, production updates, and supply chain communication.
  • Coordinate with departments like Production, Sales, Logistics, HR, Accounts, and Quality.
  • Support in follow-ups with vendors, distributors, and clients.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records, agreements, files, and confidential data.
  • Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
  • Track project timelines, tasks, and progress.

4. Meeting & Event Management

  • Schedule review meetings, prepare agendas, and note minutes (MOM).
  • Coordinate company events, plant visits, client meetings, and vendor interactions.

5. Travel & Logistics

  • Organize domestic travel, hotel bookings, itineraries, and logistics arrangements.
  • Handle expense reports and reimbursements.

6. Communication Handling

  • Act as the point of contact between management and staff.
  • Manage high-level interactions with customers, vendors & service partners.
  • Ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

7. Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle sensitive business information with complete confidentiality.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Time management and multitasking
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of FMCG operations (preferred)
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem-solving & coordination skills

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Admin Executive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
