Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive – Accounts will be responsible for supporting the accounting and finance functions by managing daily back-office operations, ensuring accurate data entry, documentation, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports, purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Support

  • Daily data entry of purchase, sales, expenses, and journal vouchers in Tally or ERP.

Inventory & Purchase Coordination

  • Coordinate with the store department for raw material issuance and inward entries.
  • Maintain records of inward/outward material movement (MRN / GRN / DC).
  • Assist in tracking inventory valuation and monthly closing.

Documentation & Filing

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records of invoices, delivery challans, and payment receipts.
  • Handle document filing for audits and internal reviews.

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate with vendors for invoice follow-ups and payment updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, purchase, stores) for accounting entries.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
