  • Utilize online monitoring tools and software systems to track critical quality metrics and deviations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement immediate corrective actions for quality issues detected online.
  • Analyze data trends and statistical process control charts to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews of online quality control systems and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
  • Train production staff on online quality monitoring tools, data interpretation, and corrective action procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT and automation teams to ensure seamless integration of online QC systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring and analysis of quality metrics.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for online quality control systems in the food industry.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect online QC systems and data integrity.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for online quality control processes in the food industry.
  • Conduct periodic audits and validations of online QC systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for technical support and system upgrades.
