Position: Sales Executive (Certification Industry)

Location: Office No. 1110, Astralis Tower, Sector 94, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Sales / Business Development

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or client handling, with a strong passion for achieving business goals and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Engage with potential clients from assigned leads and ensure effective communication and conversions.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable compliance solutions.
  • Sales & Deal Closure: Present and promote our services, address client concerns, and finalize agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Awareness: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales, business development, or client handling (B2B preferred).
  • Education: Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in B2B or service-based industries, especially compliance/certification sectors.
