About the Role:

Urgent IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and passionate
Blockchain Developer

with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will work on developing and deploying secure, scalable blockchain solutions and integrating them with our existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and smart contracts.
  • Work on Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or other blockchain platforms.
  • Develop and implement smart contracts using
    Solidity

or other languages.
- Integrate blockchain solutions with front-end and back-end systems.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of blockchain infrastructure.
- Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues during development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a
    Blockchain Developer

- Solid understanding of
blockchain fundamentals

consensus mechanisms

, and
cryptographic principles

.
- Hands-on experience with
Ethereum, Solidity, , Hardhat, or Truffle

.
- Proficiency in programming languages like
JavaScript, Python, Go, or Rust

- Experience working with
APIs, RESTful services, and

- Familiarity with wallet integration, smart contract deployment, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    DeFi, NFTs, or DApp development

- Knowledge of
Hyperledger Fabric

or
private blockchain

solutions.
- Familiarity with
Docker, AWS, or cloud-based deployment

.
- Contribution to open-source blockchain projects (a plus).
