We are actively hiring experienced Academic Counsellors who have a background in EdTech, Inside Sales, or Student Advisory roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective learners, driving course enrollments, and helping individuals choose the right career-oriented programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counselling & Consultation:

  • Engage with potential learners via phone, chat, or email to understand their career goals and educational needs.

  • Suggest suitable programs that match their aspirations and background.

  • Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Follow up with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.

  • Convert leads into enrollments through structured counselling and follow-up strategies.

  • Relationship Building:

  • Build long-term relationships with students to increase referrals and retention.

  • Provide post-enrollment support when needed.

  • Online Outreach:

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp to identify and engage potential leads.

  • Upselling and Cross-selling:

  • Recommend additional courses or services that enhance the learner's profile and job prospects.

  • Market Awareness:

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product team for improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech sales.
  • Strong communication skills spoken and written English is a must.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude and strong ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize leads/follow-ups.
